ISO 9001-2008 is the international standard for business management. Maintaining this standard ensures the service we provide to our clients meets or exceeds strict quality criteria.
This statement is issued on the authority of the General Manager and is approved by the Managing Director in order to define the Quality Policy of BSP.

QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Policy objectives of BSP are:
To ensure that the specified requirements of customers are fully understood and can be achieved.
To supply products and services which satisfy formally specified and agreed requirements of the customer.
To maintain and continuously seek to improve a Quality Management System which will satisfy the relevant National and International Quality requirements namely BS.EN.ISO 9001: 2008
